£25k – £28k per annum subject to skills and experience.
We are looking for a gifted communicator who is passionate about creating and delivering strategic campaigns for our projects and increasing and extending the profile of the organisation nationally and internationally. You will be an advocate, an early adopter, and be able to demonstrate a flair for creative ideas. You will have in-depth knowledge about the range and diversity of the most up-to-date communications tactics in the arts, and an understanding of current trends and debates in arts marketing, as well as a genuine interest in reaching out beyond existing arts audiences. You will have a meticulous eye for detail whilst also demonstrating that you could manage a range of different responsibilities at one time from commissioning outstanding documentation to maintaining and developing social media interactions, from story-telling to liaising with and managing external agencies.
This is a role which would ideally suit someone who is looking to move into a senior communications position. We are open to applications from candidates who have yet to manage a team or to lead a communications campaign single-handedly, but we will be looking for potential demonstrated by a set of skills and ideas, which are ready to be developed and supported.
