If you would like to Volunteer at the Art Weekender please read the volunteer role descriptions and email us the online form to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Bristol Art Weekender is a four-day event celebrating art across the city of Bristol. This collaborative festival is produced by Situations in partnership with the city’s primary visual arts venues, artist-run initiatives and arts producers and will see the launch of Bristol’s first Art Map, a quarterly guide to art exhibitions, events and collections across the city.
The work our volunteers do is hugely valued by us, and we endeavour to make the experience rewarding, interesting, fun, and importantly, an education with regards to the volunteers future careers in the arts. There are a number of benefits as part of the volunteer programme which we hope makes volunteering with us worthwhile.
Applications must be submitted by 5pm on Friday 28th March
Successful applicants will be invited to attend a special Weekender Volunteer Lunch Club on Tuesday April 1st. As well as a great opportunity to meet you all face to face we will also deliver an introduction to the ‘Weekender’ and undertake a preliminary role briefing session. We very much look forward to welcoming you all.
