Parade taking place as part of Art on the Hill


Art on the Hill is the Windmill Hill and Victoria Park Arts Trail, which took place on Saturday 3rd and Sunday 4th October 2009.

Free art workshops took place in The Black Cloud and the weekend finished with a parade.
