Further Information

inSITE_05 was a network of contemporary art programmes and commissioned projects that mapped the border zone of San Diego-Tijuana from August to November 2005. The programme was not based on a traditional biennial model, rather artists’ projects were developed as processes of collaboration and engagement in the region with varying levels of visibility.

Speakers included: Artistic Director Osvaldo Sanchez, artists Javier Tellez and Omar Foglio, Associate Curator of the Interventions Donna Conwell, curator and writer Joshua Decter and President of the Board of Directors, Eloisa Haudenschild.
