Kim Tilbrook
Kim Tilbrook is the Artist Educator for Nowhereisland responsible for initiating and supporting key aspects of the engagement programme, focusing in particular on developing and staffing The Embassy during its summer 2012 journey and supporting local ‘hosts’ in ports where Nowhereisland is scheduled to visit. Kim is a freelance consultant, producer and educator with over 25 years experience working in the arts. Previously she has worked within the performing arts, outdoor or site specific theatre, more recently with Creative Partnerships (since 2003) developing projects linking education and creative industries sectors. Subsequently with The Real Ideas Organisation (RIO), as Lead Developer – Creative Places, in designing national award winning stakeholder engagement programmes in school design, including the commissioning of Public Art.
