Claire Doherty was invited to give the opening presentation at the annual IHME Contemporary Art Festival in Helsinki, Finland, which focused on a new film produced by SUPERFLEX for the IHME Festival Modern Times Forever (Stora Enso Building, Helsinki). The lecture considers how new considerations of temporality in public art is fundamentally changing our perceptions of site-specificity.
